1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 working days after payment confirmation

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day


2. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to all locations within Malaysia. International shipping is not available at this time.


3. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times may vary depending on your location:

  • West Malaysia: 3–5 working days

  • East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak): 5–7 working days

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, weather conditions, or public holidays.


4. Shipping Fees

  • Shipping fees will be calculated and displayed at checkout

  • Any additional charges (if applicable) will be clearly stated before payment


5. Courier Service

Orders are shipped via trusted third-party courier services. Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.


6. Incorrect Address

Please ensure all shipping details are accurate. Miracle is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.


7. Damaged or Lost Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or is lost during transit, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the item. We will assist you in resolving the issue with the courier.
